Where can I find the governing documents of the association?

A copy of the community’s governing documents can be found on your community’s website by visiting www.goodwin-co.com and entering your community name in the “Find My Community Page” field at the top right corner of the webpage.


Board Meetings

How do I find out when the next Board meeting takes place?
Board Meeting dates and times are typically noticed via the News and Events section of TownSq. If you have registered your email address, meeting details will also be emailed in advance.

Where can I find copies of the most recent Meeting Minutes?
Meeting minutes are posted in the Documents section of TownSq.


Account & Assessment Info

Where can I find my account number?
Your account number is listed on your billing statement or coupon book. If you cannot locate it, contact Customer Service at 855-289-6007.

When is my assessment due?
Assessments are due on the 1st of every month and are considered late 10 days after the due date.

Are there any fees associated with online payments?

  • Credit Card: $1.50 convenience fee + 3.5% of the total payment amount

  • E-Check: $1.50 convenience fee

Why does my account show a negative number?
A negative number means you have a credit balance.

Who can I talk to about past due assessments or payment plans?

How do I update or cancel my Western Alliance auto-draft?
Click here to update or cancel existing recurring payments.

What is my assessment paying for?
Assessments fund the operating expenses of the association, including utilities, road maintenance, landscaping, amenity maintenance, insurance, and more.

What is my balance?
View your balance by logging in to TownSq, or contact Customer Service.

How do I pay my assessment?
We offer several payment options:

Option 1: Mail-In Payment

Option 2: TownSq (Web or App)

  • Log in at https://app.townsq.io/login

  • Select your account and click “Make a Payment”

  • Choose to pay your open balance, set up recurring payments, or make a one-time payment

Option 3: Bank Bill Pay

If you use your bank’s bill pay service, update the payee to CDTBY – Turnberry and use the PO Box address above. Include your account number and property code CDTBY in the memo line.

Architectural

Do I need approval for exterior changes?
Yes – all exterior modifications must be submitted via the Architectural Request Form in TownSq.

How long does approval take?
The committee has up to 30 days to review your application. Ensure you provide detailed information to avoid delays.

What if I haven’t heard back?
Submit a follow-up request via TownSq or email cdtbymanager@goodwin-co.com.


Compliance

Who do I contact for violation notices?
Email compliance@goodwin-co.com.

When are compliance inspections done?
Typically every two weeks, with additional spot checks as needed.

Where can I find rules for tenants?
A copy of the CC&Rs is available on your community’s page at www.goodwin-co.com.


Rules & Regulations

  • Rental Policy: Written leases must be at least 6 months, and a copy must be provided to the association. Max 30% of homes may be leased at one time.

  • Pet Policy: Common household pets are permitted but must not create nuisances. Pets must be leashed, and owners must clean up after them.

  • Parking Policy: Homeowners should use garages/driveways. Guest parking is for visitors only.


Common Area Maintenance

The association maintains common areas and provides grass cutting. Homeowners are responsible for trees, bushes, and shrubs on their lots.

Trash Pickup: Mondays at 7:00 AM (no trash outside before Thursday).
Recycling: 1st and 3rd Thursdays.

Mailbox Keys: Contact USPS or a locksmith for replacements.


Amenities

Clubhouse rental is handled by Front Range Recreation – call 303-617-0221.


Insurance

For proof of insurance, contact Customer Service or submit a request via TownSq.
